Personal Flight Log
One of the first things you will find is that your personal log is your best friend. This is a simple document that tracks your hours and flights for Cyber Air. Any form you wish to use is ok as long as it keeps track of flights and hours. You can set up a Pilot Log in Flight Simulator to track your flights automatically or you can create your own log. Here is a sample of my personal log format. I use MS Excel and let the computer do the calculation work. You can also download my Excel Pilot Log sample file here

One major advantage of keeping a good personal log is that Hub Captains are human too. We occasionally make mistakes with math, and the Web is famous for eating a PIREP now and then. A good flight log is an insurance policy for your promotion status. The hours necessary for promotion can be found in the Cyber Air "Getting Started" or Handbook.
